★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest crooks in Toronto! Tried charging over 6K for unneeded repairs related to a safety certification on a 4 year old truck under 100,000kms. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors and tires. Took it for a second opinion and it passed with no additional work. Beware of this truck shop - CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!!

The Service staff are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to talk too and they never proceed with any work without your approval no mater what the cost is. I highly recommend this company.

We planning to get more trucks in the future and definitely will go with Somerville again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had nice things to say about this establishment, but I can't think of anything.
They will be all over you when it comes to buying a truck here, but once you got the keys, things completely flip 180 degrees.
Your service team needs an education on the tenets of customer service.
E.g. I call in to get my truck serviced, and their response is usually something along the lines of" Well, like I said it's first come first served, I can't guarantee you anything" or " Umm, we can't help you today, try another day". There is no offer for alternatives, no estimation of the amount of time needed, no respect for your time, no consideration for your dollars spent. And cherry on top, they act like they are doing you a favour and you are being imposing to them. Every answer to a question is preceded by a huge sigh of annoyance. This is just a huge disappointment.
Do yourself a favour and go to Humberview Trucks if you need a truck, or if you unfortunately already have a Hino, go to the Scarborough or Pickering Hino teams. Those guys will value your business.
