My company shipment was delayed so I needed to rent a cooler and an oven. I called Edge rental and explained the urgency of the situation. I was panicking but Michel was kind enough to walk me through their rental process. Equipment were delivered before my event starts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented display case from Edge for 2 consecutive years, the units are what I expected and paid for. Price is fair, a bit better than my previous rental company. Delivery was a bit late but I do expect that when a show is located in Toronto down town core. Staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store to inquire if they had a restaurant equipment that I needed but the lady wouldn’t even respond nicely. On google they said it closes at 6 and I called at 5, but she was so much in hurry that she won’t even answer my questions and kept saying they will be closing as there was nobody else. She was very rude and kind of yelling! This is not how you treat your customer. No doubt you had no customer and were closing early
