★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible customer service. I called to know how much they charge for vehicle inspection, the gentleman said it’s $99 for inspection and another $90 for paperwork. I said I did it with$60 last time at another place why is it so expensive. He replied “it’s not expensive You just can’t afford it!” I had no idea how to respond to that as I never heard anything like that on phone from any customer service calls ever. Horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with both Stefano and Tony! Called with some questions about a vehicle I’ve been looking at from out of town and getting an inspection, and Stefano took his time to explain a lot of major issues I was missing on it.
Very honey and upfront on the issues that already do affect the vehicle and what is likely to affect it in the future, when they could’ve simply upsold services or not been truthful to make an extra penny.
Both very friendly guys, and very fair pricing. They were very upfront and open about pricing.
Even though they’re out of town, they’ve got my business when I need it in the future and I suggest anyone within the area of Rivalda goes to check it out.
Thanks again Stefano, you’ve saved me a heap of trouble.

When he was ready he told me to jump in with him so he could here the noise I was referring to. Courtesy professionalism and like the old adage of 1st impressions. I think I have found my new go to.
