P	Paul Engels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Dino (Owner and chief mechanic) in the early 1990's based on the recommendation of a neighbour. My Mazda MPV was a lemon. I was on my 4th or 5th alternator in under 100K and also my aluminum climate control tubing under the van was gonna cost me $600 (dealer quote.) Dino fixed the tubing for under $400 and showed me how salt corrosion was the culprit. He also showed me the design flaw of the alternator (the housing bracket filled with water on rainy days and shorted out the contacts - literally melting the unit.) He did some modifications to the housing and it never happened again. Since then we have serviced multiple vehicles with Dino and his guys for 30 years, now! He is honest, fair and never once has tried to pad a bill or service something necessary - practices that are all-too-common with many establishments. (Example: I took my Dodge Caravan to Dino because the dealer said I needed new shocks for $1,200 because the ones I had were "leaking"...Dino looked at them and laughed out loud. He wiped the moisture off the shocks and showed me how it was merely humidity and condensation...NOT a leak!) Dino (and his amazing customer service manager, Astrid) are the best!

They actually listened to my concerns, whether it sounded crazy or not, and addressed every single one of them. They took me seriously and listened, which is something the dealership never has done. D-cam Auto has gained a customer. Definitely recommend him and his team to anyone!!

I really appreciate the fact that Dino walked me through everything that they did on my car and he also showed me the parts that he used for the repairs.
