Mike helped me with heater selection, explained options and what is the best for my house. Jason arrived right on time and did a great job with the install. Overall 10 stars service from beginning to the end - polite and professional service on the phone and inside my house, easy to reach, clear contract with option to buy out heater at any point of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thankful to Demark Home. Our furnace stopped working this afternoon & I was afraid our family will be left with no heat for days. Luckily Demark Home managed to squeeze the installation for the same day later in the evening. Eddie and his colleague did a wonderful & clean job. We are really impressed with the speedy service that was done for a reasonable price.

We contacted Demark home and the next day we had a brand new water heater professionally installed.
The customer service at DeMark home is truly Five Star. From Mike in sales to Cameron the licence technician who installed the hot water heater. The technician arrived and rolled out the red carpet(I kid you not) so that our flooring was protected. He also followed covid protocal and wore a mask all time. We would highly recommend Demark home to anyone requiring HVAC Service. Thanks again Demark Home for the exceptional customer service.

Installation done very professionally, they’ve arrived on time, all the prices were honored, even extra services were provided, and upon my request to reimburse them for those services they took a position that they want to honor the initial price. I’ve had them for service calls as well, always on Time no extra charges. Very professional business, highly recommend.
