โ โ โ โ โ Our 21 year old AC unit gave up the ghost and we spoke with Michael Whale about a potential replacement. Michael had done some work for my in-laws and they raved about him. We also spoke with Reliance. We found that Reliance was pushing hard for a monthly fee which would have cost us nearly triple the cost of simply just buying a unit outright over 10 years. Michael came out within two hours of us calling. He looked at our system inside and outside the house. He made some recommendations, we went through some options on which unit made the most sense and he was not pushy at all. We confirmed with him the next morning and within 24 hours his team was there doing the install. They were very friendly, respectful of our home and even made some fairly major adjustments to were everything was located within the furnace stack. Everything was explained throughout. They also brought in a third person to clean out an issue with the furnace. Since then we have been amazed at how much quieter and more efficient the system now runs. Over all this was a genuinely surprising and seamless experience. I highly recommend Michael and his team. Pros from start to finish.
