★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a great business to support. I really appreciated their accommodating and professional manner. They offered a great price, high quality, and were able to get the job done for my tight deadline. They were smart to get me to ship my product directly to them and diligent and accommodating when it came to approving the look and placement of the embroidery. The place was a little hard to find but not too hard, as their location is actually the main floor of a house. Perhaps they will eventually upgrade their sign, which would help. Otherwise I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend their business. Their up to date communicating efforts were much appreciated.

Aris and his team have always gone above and beyond to make deadlines and create quality product. No matter the deadline, even if its a rush, one way or another Japorms as pulled through. Truly recommend them to other entrepreneurs, business owners, or even just for personal use!

I was rushing to find an embroiderer who could produce a custom embroidered hat by Christmas (I contacted Japorms on the 15th). Despite the fact that I was a complete pain and messaged Japorms non-stop over the next few days (which are their busiest times), Aris reassured me that they would have my product ready by the time I needed it.
Couldn't recommend Japorms any more highly, and sorry for being annoying.
