The guys did installation on the designated date in the middle of a bad rain storm. Was impressed with the amount of time they took for the installation of our new Carrier A/C. Now waiting on the completion as need humidifier done and new thermostat installed but not heard from them yet. Have texted and called them, waiting to hear back still. Hope they do contact us.

Wow what an amazing group of guys made everything so simple to me and helped me upgrade my home at the lowest cost available all work was done within one week just couldn’t be happier with the experience they helped me get all the rebates available for all the upgrades to my home

We were told we were eligible for a rebate if we increased the attic installation and sealing of windows and doors. When Nick and Yuri came to the house they wanted me to go to service Ontario and change my address to my daughters house (where the work was taking place) and I could get more of a rebate. I was unsure of this action and hesitated Yuri was very eager and it was strongly encouraged to change it. I ended up saying no and stuck to the original plan of a rebate for 1000 through Enbridge that Energy Choice would file. The auditor came before the guys did the work and said he does not need to come again and pretend he did. He signed off their work before seeing it. When Nick and Yuri did come to do the work they smelt of alcohol and came two hours later then the start time. The two ended up finishing the Job and I payed in full that day , filled the application for the rebate and paid the auditor as well, expecting the rebate to come 12 weeks after the filing date. This all happened in November of 2021, wondering were the rebate is I called Nick(owner) and no response I have called him many times. I called Enbridge and they had record of the audit file number or heard of this company. When I called the auditor he picked up and said he didn’t put the claim through because Nick did not pay him and he has been scammed from the these two many times as well telling me he doesn’t approve a lot of their work. This was said months after the work has been done. I went up to their office in concord and spoke to a lady who works with Nick. She acted surprised when I told her the situation and said she will get the bottom of it , Nick and the auditor no longer work together because of an altercation and get him to call back the very next day. A week later no one as reached out to me. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The two are negligent rude and totally unprofessional
