They came to my door and worked their way around my family to sign a contract that continues to overcharge us. Not only is the price ridiculous but customer service is terrible. I want nothing more than to terminate these services but I can barely communicate with the company over phone because they have been unreachable.

These guys are borderline scammers, once they get their teeth in you there is no way you can get out of an over priced contract without legal action. They even put a lien on my property without us knowing and no disclosure. And now they're no where to be found.....

Thermostat which only costs of $200 Nest which they bundled with total home repair services, if CX later asked to modify or repair anything they never. On cancelling services their financing companies said they sold company but they had contact of lawyers of buying companies to take out money from consumers pockets and putting lien on properties of more than 6K for product which is worth of $200 only.

I bought a house was already under the contract by previous owners. $2500 furnace was sold for on installments totaling over $12,000 in 10 years. Not a signal service done in 5 years. Don't fall for any sweet words. Stay away

My aunt in her 80s who has some trouble with hearing and memory was swindled into signing for a bunch of extraneous and unnecessary things (water softener, filter, etc.). When I called to complain and provide documentation of her vulnerability they simply do not respond. I have been trying to talk to a manager since February (it is not April). Please protect vulnerable members of your family and warn them about this company.

This company does not think about the customer - I'm in a 1500 sq ft home and the total cost I will have paid on a 5 year rental with buyout (5 years remaining) is approximately $12,500. When the company does not disclose that renting will cost you 3x the amount versus buying - it is unethical and I feel taken advantage of - If I could give zero stars on this rating I would. Upsetting!!
J	Joe Carreiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay I'm going back to 2015 here. The only reason I'm writing a review is because I remembered the horrible scam I was about to experience all those years ago. I owned a house in Brampton at the time and Simply comfort came to my door trying to sell my services. Telling me that my furnace and AC needed to be replaced. At this time I didn't know much about owning a home or what they were saying was legitimate or not. So I was going to go with them at first. Until the next day I went into work and talked with some people. I found out the value of what a furnace costs and how much it would cost to rent from them. Simply comfort was at my door ready to install I called my mother to tell her to cancel everything. Thank god I did because they would have got the better of me. This is just a warning do your research on a company before hand and don't let this company scam you.
