★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially gave them 1 star because I wasn't getting any response from dentx. After posting my review, dentx reached out to try and resolve the issue. I realized for whatever reason, my order confirmation emails got sent to spam. I ordered from them back in 2020 and none of the emails were sent to spam.
Moral of this story: if you haven't received your confirmation email, check your spam folder!!!!
Aside from that hiccup, I do like their products and prices are reasonable. I would order from them again.

We started with an order of 5 boxes (of 10) and just ordered a case (thru the equally wonderful MaskSupplyCanada). LOVE that we are supporting a Canadian and Indigenously-supported company. AND best product. THANK YOU DENT-X!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought N95 masks from them. Very nice flat fold mask(as opposed to the Beak looking ones), MADE IN CANADA, and absolute wonderful customer service from their sales rep., Simone and the team in general.
All masks come individually wrapped and its reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their masks via Staples, Rona and Home Depot. Excellent masks! Seal is perfect for me and family members. Nose seal is most shapeable that I have experienced. I have downloaded their approved filtration test.
My question is what is reason they are not listed on Canada's approved masks list?? Thx

I know you guys were totally inundated with orders and everyone is inpatient to get their order. I just want to say thank you and thank you for your service to the community. The lady I got through to in customer service said most of your staff even volunteered to give up their Christmas breaks as the company was swamped with thousands of orders all of the sudden just before Christmas. I have nothing but respect for companies like Dent-X that retooled during a pandemic to help. On behalf of a grateful nation thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dent-x is the best. I have tried so many masks over the last couple of years, and the FN N95's 510 fit my face perfectly, and offer the best protection for my patients. Customer service has always been great as well.
I also love that it is a Canadian company, certified Aboriginal Business who is supporting our First Nations communities. Thank you Dent-x Canada!!
