Entire unit was cold and no heat at all! He figured out the problems so promptly and resolved it with a professional manner. I gave him a 5 star rating! As he deserves it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flood and lost my furnace and hot water tank. I called Martino's on a Thursday morning, by Thursday afternoon they had 2 gentlemen here and removed the furnace and disconnected the hot water tank. Friday morning these 2 gentlemen were back and installed a new furnace and hot water tank.
I could not be any happier with the service and the staff.
I highly recommend Martino HVAC.

The service was prompt, all options were explained, a quote was given and a time, convenient for me, for installation was arranged. The work was done efficiently, knowledgeably and tidy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martino hvac assessed an issue we were having with our return air on the second floor of our house. They were able to figure out what caused the issue then fixed it in under 1/2 a day. Marty and Vlad did a great job and we’re very happy to have had them work on our house. I’ll have them back to do maintenance and any other problems that come up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just have an Aprilaire 600 humidifier installed by Martino’s technician this afternoon. Our family moved into a new community in Aurora about 2 months ago and only the humidifier was not installed by the builder. I contacted Martino to arrange the installation. The technician called me 20 minutes before he arrive. It took him about 2.5 hours to install the humidifier and connect to he HVAC system. He has a lot of patient in showing us how to operate and maintain the system. My wife could not understand and he showed her 3 times by demonstrating the procedure on the winter/ Summer maintenance. He also ensured everything has done without leak and reminded us that if there any issue, we should approach them to get things resolved.
Our new thermostat and gas stove were also installed by them. 2 different technicians. They handled their works with care and deal with customer like us with a lot of patient and politeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was on time and completed in a timely manner. There was a new exterior AC unit installed as well as a component of the interior furnace.
The only shortcoming was in the programming of the new system, which was supposed to be set to cool or heat as required, but it seems was actually programmed to cool only. Given the last few nights we have had my house was down to 16 degrees. I reprogrammed the settings and had it performing perfectly in no time. It turned out to be a good training experience for me with my new system. Martino Staff were courteous and efficient as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martino HVAC installed the furnaces in the neighbourhood where we purchased our new home. When it came time to look into a humidifier, I contacted them and we set up an appointment the following week. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We are enjoying the new humidifier, the home is much more comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martino to anyone.
