★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McKinnon replaced my furnace, AC, and in-duct humidifier within one week of finalizing their quotation. Installation crews arrived on time in the morning and didn't leave until the installation was completed and tested in the evening.
Crew members were professional and worked as a great team. Owner Michael Nepom also made an afternoon site visit to check on the progress.
Great work and many thanks to McKinnon Heating Cooling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael (the owner) came and did a site inspection prior to the installation and was very reassuring. A proper quote was emailed to me promptly. An installation team arrived with the new hot water tank, the necessary tools, parts... Bran, Berken, Diego and Muda were extremely professional, polite, considerate and clean. When they arrived Bran introduced everyone. When they left, all the garbage was removed including the old hot water tank. For installation in a downtown condo the install was seamless. Excellent, courteous service including Sally in the office.

It is not easy to find contractors who will replace a water heater in a condo unit - but look no further! Michael is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Bran and Fabian did the installation - they were professional, respectful, and happy to answer my questions. Great customer service and quality of work! Mckinnon Heating & Cooling works with Innovation Electric Inc. for jobs requiring an electrician (mine was an electric water heater). Also great experience with Innovation Electric Inc. Highly recommend going with Mckinnon for your install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace died on a weekend during a cold snap. They came within hours. Assessed the situation. And presented options. We went with a new on demand hot water/heating system. When you call, the staff couldn’t be nicer. Have used them for air conditioning as well. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 30 plus KeepRite Air Conditioning unit at home was coming to its end of life. We needed to get something efficient with a reputable brand. I started my conversation via email and text with Michael Nepom the owner. This was our second amazing interaction with Micheal. In 2018 we replaced our rental hot water tank with one we purchased. The water tank has already been a huge hit in cost savings for us since installation.
Michael Nepom has been amazing in responding to all my concerns and questions and we were able to finalize pricing, installation date and time.
The technician Akeel arrived on time and the work began. It took him a full day and he was patient and his attention to detail was impeccable. He provided a full explanation of all the work that was going to be done and the steps required. This allowed me as the customer to gain confidence with the installation that was going to take place.
After the installation was completed everything worked perfectly without having to troubleshoot or resolve any issues. We are so happy with the installation which was managed with perfection.
Once all the work was completed, we received all the warranties from GoodMan and the Coil manufacturer which arrived by email for safe keeping. The coverage for the installation was exactly what Micheal Nepom had promised. We are so happy with all the work that was completed by McKinnon Heating Cooling.
Are we as a family going to use their services in the future? Absolutely YES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our AC unit and humidifier had broken down during the summer and we were roasting at home. Michael was incredibly helpful in accomadating us and promptly sent his installation staff. They arrived first thing in the morning and didn't leave until the new units were installed and tested. The staff were very professional and thorough with their work.
We'll definitely be trusting McKinnon to take care of any maintenence/repair jobs in the future! Thank you!
