★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our on demand water heating system developed a leak I was relieved to find these guys. They were able to fix the problem and help with other suggestions to make the system last longer. The original installer is no longer in business and other technicians were not familiar with the unit. John was able to find the problem quickly and scheduled the repair immediately.

Timely, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly...and a good price. I went all in with the maintenance program, just so I could get peace of mind.
I would not hesitate recommending John and his company for any maintenance and installation needs.
Takes all the necessary COVID protections and my house is quite particular about that detail.

I first called John a few years ago when my on-demand water heater failed. John’s response was timely and it became evident that he is a very experienced technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we discussed options. He returned promptly the next day and successfully repaired the unit.
I recently experienced an unrelated issue with this older unit and again called John. As the heat exchanger had failed, the unit had to be replaced. John immediately secured a new unit which was installed the next day. After one month he made a free follow-up inspection.
Great service and I would highly recommend his company.

Grateful for John's flexibility and quick response during a busy time, squeezing us in when every other service provider was only booking weeks away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt that it was very important to let you know that the quotes for John's services are VERY HIGH. I am a single female who had John come and visit me this past Friday for my broken gas hot water tank.
His visit was not more than 45 minutes and he charged me $200 plus tax, of which I was aware of before he came and this is not what this review is about.
He (John) quoted me $5,000 to install a new 50 gallon (gas) hot water tank or $3,800 to install a 40 gal hot water tank (gas). He phoned me on Monday to tell me that my water tank was under warranty (guess he could not check on Friday) and that he could install for $2,300.
Over the weekend I was able to get more labour quotes and they were less one third of the $2,300 !!! Please Please Please be careful single women and individuals who are not aware of labour costs !! $2,300 compared to several other quotes at less than 1/3rd the cost !!! HOW IS THIS FAIR BUSINESS ?
Please stop taking advantage of single women with labour costs that are 3 times that of others.
