Amazing shop... Knowledgeable staff and honest. Brought my ML350 in for a rear bearing replacement and it took them almost 3 hours longer to do than quoted and they ate that cost. They are my goto Benz repair shop, thanks guys.

Brought my 09 E350 for multiple services. Always happy with their work and the prices they charge. Have never had problems with them that I get with some higher end dealerships.

I have been bringing four different Mercedes cars here since 2004 and this garage was recommended by friends who had been going here much longer. The mechanics know the cars and can fix things quickly compared to some Mercedes dealerships. I had my car in for one problem at a MB dealer in Tacoma WA on 10 occasions, without a solution. TC fixed it for good in a few minutes. The US dealer garage suggested a myriad of items be replaced on my car. I bought the parts and brought them to TC. They laughed and said that there was no need to replace the parts and all were still working years later. I would have sold my MB cars long ago if I had needed to rely on that dealership. TC does not try and do unnecessary work like some garages. They fix things correctly the first time as they know these cars. Marty was the expert at fixing my newer S Class AMG, while Alex (now deceased) knew all about my vintage model. Dirk sources economical rebuilt parts for my vintage car. Randy is a newer hire, from perhaps 2014, who I first met when he attended high school with one of my children. Fixing vehicles is his work and his passion. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I am loathe to buy another brand of luxury car because I like having these guys keeping my Benz cars running. I have brought cars in from the USA just because I like this garage so much. The ferry ride pays for itself. If you do not have a Benz, TC will recommend someone to fix your vehicle. Edit: Alex is no longer alive, but he has left his knowledge and spirit with the guys still there. Marty retired but Kevin, who was new when I first started going here, has learned well from the others and is now very experienced.

Been to TC a bunch of time for parts as I work on my own w126. They are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Fair prices, which makes it easy to choose to support local. If I was unable to work on my own car, they would be my top choice and I could rest easy knowing it was right! Thanks TC!

Absolutely great service by TC motors. I needed a part that the dealer was selling for $2400, they could procure the part for much cheaper, and when inquired, were willing to find a used part. Spencer was very helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Reasonably priced and excellent
