H	Hanni Hailu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I usually don't do this with restaurants I visit, but this location really made me have the worst of experience and I needed to let their head office and future customers know that I am very unsatisfied customer and I will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone. First off their customer satisfaction policy is not clear. I order sushi that I didn't not like paid in full spent $20 or more there. I told the gentleman working there that I did not want to eat the remaining sushi left (i only tried one piece of sushi) decided it tasted horrible and asked if he can replace them with the other ones I actually liked. He was very disrespectful and unkind when he refused me to replace the meal I didn't not enjoy. Instead of offering me deal or discount on changing my order he walked away and didn't not acknowledge me. I felt very disrespected and unappreciated. I just wanted the company to know that this guy was a middle eastern background and didn't not show me respect or understanding. He is running a restaurant business if customers don't Like their food they need to be prepared to replace without no extra fee to the customers. He is very ungrateful man and I know this store won't last long if he keeps up his disrespect towards customers and women in general. He was very intimidating and rude. I will make sure other people know of the disrespect I received from this man. Very ungrateful! I am disappointed !

C	C. T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to for sushi craving when I'm at the office. Always fresh and great friendly service. Edit - from 4 star to 3 stars. Service has gone down hill. Extremely slow and prices have increased on my usual order. Not sure if I will return.

Ever since I moved to Toronto, it has been a struggle to find authentic, ready-to-eat sushi. Especially close to my work. It was by chance that I stumbled across the Sushi Shop in a food court section. I was adamant at first, but I am always one to try something new. Lo and behold, I took my first bite and was impressed. Ever since my discovery of this, I go to the Sushi Shop at least once a week. The staff are extremely friendly as are the owners! My favourites are the Black Mamba (with brown rice) and the Poke Volcano Salad. drool You have to check this place out! It's perfect for quick sushi cravings and bona fide fresh.

Some people are so needy and aggressive. People need to relax and understand that 1: this isn't the KEG and you can't just try things and change them at no cost! Hanni specially with your tone and how much you have to say about this "middle eastern" guy. It's racist and you clearly don't have a clue what it's like to run a business. 2: food prices everywhere have soar and it shouldn't be a surprise when it comes to sushi (check the cost of salmon for eg). 3: wait times are sometime more than normal because people tend to order custom orders that take a while to prepare. If you're in a rush then just use the grab and go section. If you go to any descent burrito place for example, you sometimes have to wait 20min to get your order.
K	Kenneth Yip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got a poke bowl with salmon and tuna with the ritual 50% deal - still $10. It's okay - some pieces of fish had the fishy aftertaste. Definitely overpriced if I didn't have a discount. They were nice tho, gave me a soup too.

The food is excellent. Taste and freshness are great. Even for take out, they do a great job of making the presentation look nice. I recommend this place.
