I loved the k&k waffle! You can eat the waffle alone and it tastes amazing. The white cream and the blueberries added more punch to it. Excellent brunch option :) I will return

I ordered the K&K Paleo bowl for lunch here using Ritual. I loved every shred although there was too much food for a lunch. The vegetables were nice and fresh and the accompanying sauces were great. I added falafel to mine - would highly recommend it!

I tried this pace for the first time through RITUAL and it was a pretty good first experience. I got the Cauliflower Tahini Bowl with added Falafel & added Fennel Salad. (Total was $17) Honestly it was really tasty but I felt like it was lacking some garlic sauce. The main ingredient was supposed to be the cauliflower, but it was slightly disappointing yo see that is was only partially cooked and has essentially no seasoning on it and the Falafel they gave was so dry and cold. Other than that, the entire bowl was pretty filling though. Overall it was a pretty good experience, but I'm not entirely sure I would come back here because it's was so expensive.

I was pretty shocked by my experience at this location today. I wanted to order a coffee in addition to my meal and asked an employee if they had lactose free milk. The employee was unsure and went to ask another employee, who then proceeded to berate him for several minutes on the fact that they don’t have it, it’s against their brand, their vegan, does he know what vegan means, does he know what lactose means, that he should know this etc. Mind you this is all happening right in front of me and other customers, which is very awkward and uncomfortable. Perhaps the employee was new and had made mistakes, either way it’s poor customer service and poor management to treat your employees that way and conduct yourself that way in front of customers. I said I didn’t want coffee to avoid any more stress for that employee and he put on a smile and cashed me out. The meal was good, but I don’t think I would return to this location.

UPDATE: Thx to the manager for calling me out on this review - they now have the cacao powder!! As noted below, no reason for not giving 5 stars. One year one they are consistently high quality. Three thumbs up!!! I have allergies to lots of food additives - MSG, citric acid - so it's great when I find a place I can eat everything without worrying what's in the food. This location has a full menu including Waffles!!! Subtract a half star 'cause they don't have cacao powder and another half star 'cause they sometimes run out of waffle mix by Thursday. Otherwise, recommended.

During months of standing in the queue of K&K's next door neighbor 'Jimmy The Greek' (at the Metro Center location) , I often fantasied of taking the healthier option. The doctor's visit yesterday pushed me over the fence today and boy am I glad.. I ordered the Almond Lime Bowl on Ritual and it was ready way before I was supposed to pick it up. The ingredients are mostly organic and the flavors are fantastic! Don't eat here if you are looking for MSG induced flavors.. This is what food should taste like. I'm a fan... Yes, it is a bit pricey but any balanced lunch you eat in the Downtown area will be at least $10. This is in the same range... Obviously organic food will be a little more than non Organic. I cannot imagine buying all this organic and making it fresh everyday.

This is a vegan restaurant/food spot and I like their options. I'm not sure it's for everyone but they include a lot of different ingredients and sauces that taste good and make you feel good as well. Portion sizes are.pretty large, leaves me very full or I save some for later. I recommend trying their boxes but I've never tried their sweets or drinks. They do have smoothies and coffee and teas etc. There's a bunch of locations around downtown, this one is in the Metro center path food court. At the end of the day, when they're close they blast old school Hindi tracks which I absolutely love. Great tunes!

This review is made from the perspective of an American tourist on his first visit to Toronto and Canada. I freaking Love this place. Kupfert & Kim is the kind of chain/franchise missing in my life in Florida. I dare to say that it's what all paleo, keto, vegan, vegetarians in Florida and possible the US are missing out on. There is 1 Freshii in my city and Zoe's kitchen is growing but the options, in my opinion, aren't as good and are overpriced. Thank you to the staff of this location (underground Oxford mall) for being patient, friendly, and for explaining what the options were about. About the menu, it is very original and creative, bringing up some menu items of their own and transforming others into a much healthier option. It's in a food court so you can grab it and go seat anywhere. I went during lunch time and was not surprised to see how well it competes with regular food chains. They only service alternate milk options and have a full speciality coffee making machine. PLEASE open locations in Florida (Orlando) and the rest of the US.
