There was barely any meat or cheese on top of the bread. Even the bread is stale and sitting outside where the air and other germs can easily go on it
The staff is frugal for toppings as well
I will not eat at this location again
Subway in general is expensive and they cheap out on toppings and meat
Even the Subway customer service does not respond.
Firehouse subs is soooooo much better. Wish they will open that franchise instead of Subway at Simcoe Place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decently fast service, which is good, but I’ve never been to a subway that put on less veggies than this one. Two cucumber slices, 3 pickles, 3-4 olives. Like, come on.

When I brought this to their attention they originally offered me a sub so when I ordered the sub they tried to charge me for not getting the sub of the day. Eventually, I got my money back and the owner was just completely not understanding that they did anything wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to try the newly advertised crispy chicken sandwich. I was given a choice to either make it the small bun or to do the sandwich. I chose to do the sandwich because I was hungry. The guy that was there did not offer to toast the sandwich and the chicken was not crispy in fact it was quite a bit soggy so I'm sorry but this cannot be called the crispy chicken.
The only reason I gave it three stars is because it was empty and I was very hungry?
