Money grabbers! Guys, read the footprints before making payment to them! Do not trust them as they are very dishonest and misleading with their answers! Please do not pay for their IFC check content - their online exam practices! It’s not worth your money ? their actual exam is so outdated blindsided, structured to frustrate you throughout the entire exam! Register through them if you want but do not pay for any extra exam IFC check content! It's just a way for them to grab your dollar! I don’t recommend them but shine your eyes when dealing with them!

I had no professional professor to teach me anything. But CSI provided everything to me whatsoever was needed to learn and clear my exam. The perfect material is provided by CSI. I had no problem during my exam at centre, it was very smooth process and welcomed environment ? Thankyou

CSI courses covers many scenarios/knowledge that would happen in your financial career. It is a good place to learn or refresh your knowledge. you will find lots of "ah-ha" moment while you are reading the book. Good job CSI team.

I just finished the CSC and I recommend it highly! As students, we are well prepared for the exams. This course is very relevant if you want to work in the financial services industry and will definitely increase your knowledge and competencies. I now know a lot more about Canadian securities and I am looking forward to my next course the Conduct and Practices Handbook.

I had the most horrible and frustrating experience with CSI. I booked 2 exams, one of them was on Friday April 15th (Good Friday). The system allowed me to book that day and I even called customer service few days before and spoke with 2 different people about my exam date, and they all knew that I was taking my exam on Friday the 15th. On that day I showed up at the exam site and guess what, it was closed!!! I called the head office and they were off for the long weekend. I spoke with Prometric (their partner for writing exams) and they said they are closed. They also told me that I'm not the only one in this situation, there are 24 other students in this same situation where they showed up but the exam site is closed. Prometric told me they have notified their client (CSI) that they were off, but it's the client's mistake for allowing me to book my exam that day. They messed up with my whole plan and schedule, I wanted to write my exam that weekend (if I knew they were off, I would've chosen a different date). I emailed CSI's customer service and the exam department as well on Friday and asked for an urgent response. 24 business hours passed and they never responded. I called back the following Tuesday and requested an answer, the customer service representative I spoke with said that she will escalate and call me back, but I never heard from her again. Today, I only learned that I can rebook my exam because I went online, they never acknowledged their mistake nor my email. They never did apologize for their mistake!! All what they did they didn't charge me for a no show fee (obviously because it's their fault) but I never heard from them. Just so you know if you don't show up for an exam, they charge you $300, but if they mess up and you go to write to your exam and they are closed, they don't even care about you. I called back today as I wanted to rebook my exam and had few questions about the timing, the customer service rep was rude to me on the phone and didn't even acknowledge my situation. CSI - You are covering financial and investment professionals, your customer service doesn't meet the bare minimum of what's an appropriate customer service in our industry should be! Ps : look at how long they take to respond to previous google reviews, you'll just learn more about what service does mean to them.

I have taken many courses from CSI so far. I spent years to gain useful practical knowledge from their courses and finally got my dream designation. CSI courses are not piece of cake and valuable, but also not unreasonably difficult for people with a finance/business related degree or experience. They update all their materials according to the latest regulations, industry needs and court cases. I also realized that some of what I had learned from my university was incomplete or obsolete compared to CSI courses. In the past, taking exams was an inconvenient experience because of the limited locations and time. I almost had an accident trying to travel for one of my exams. Of course, taking an exam after hours of driving is also not the best practice. Now, they have resolved those issues. I believe, for a company that has the absolute monopoly in accredited financial education (Canada), CSI practices good business ethics. My suggestion to future students is to disregard reviews from people complaining about their low mark or receiving a full refund. CSI is a serious academic institution and is not your grocery store down the street. Google should remove all good and bad reviews here, including mine. You should not decide about your future based on Google reviews.

Have completed multiple courses with CSI with no issues. However, in my most recent one, they have refused to ship my textbook to my address because I live in an apartment building (which has never been an issue in the past). They also are refusing to refund my textbook and would like to charge me $35 if I would like to re-send my textbook to a friend's house that they'll deliver to after I've already paid a $35 shipping fee. Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Frequently never respond to emails until weeks later when I follow-up and never actually answer the questions I have. Highly not recommended.
