R	Rob Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst organization there is. Straight up pathetic. Cold. Lazy. Zero empathy. I think individuals get personal bonuses the more cases they deny. I wish I could give them negative stars. After dealing with them already several times the only thing they care about is how quickly they can deny a claim despite ample medical documentation by surgeons in hospitals (!!!) proving otherwise.

They would not call me to help me get back to work. I had to call the fair practices commision to finally get wsib to call me. How can this awful organization be all0wed to c0nduct itself in such an unethical manner?
M	Marie Samantha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A despicable organization that does everything in its power to avoid paying you your loss-of-earnings benefits. These people will push you to go back to work regardless of your physician's/physiotherapist's professional assessment of your ability to resume work.

S	Soroush Mirghasemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was injured at work and WSIB not only didn’t cover her injury they essentially called us liars. This Board’s only reason for existence is to protect employers from getting sued, they pretend to care about workers but it’s nothing but a farce.
B	Ben Huynh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lot of paperwork, stress and administrative headache on top of the physical pain of being injured, but my WSIB agent (Nicholas) was very helpful throughout this entire process. I applaud him for his patience, compassion and professionalism.
B	B L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another government agency under the guise of "help and aid" that is strictly to protect corporate interests (ie; not suing your company). I suggest you call a lawyer before WSIB. They are like insurance companies with a team of people trying to find ANY flaw in your paperwork to not pay you the money you deserve. Not to mention they think you are lying about your injury and will treat you like a child. Call a lawyer, not wsib.

Don't believe a word these people say, it will take them over 3 months to even make a decision on your claim they will feign sympathy and compassion for you when they really don't care about you. I see absolutely no reason to have them around since 90% of people will be back to work before these people even do anything.
