I just loved the elegant interior with splashes of tangerine and high ceilings. __ The food is exquisite and the presentation is on point. We decide to try a few rolls… BC Tempura Roll and Kaiden Roll did not disappoint. ___ The Charred Octopus Wasabi Nicoise with a perfect soft boil egg was beautiful. My fave has to be the incredible flavours of the Charcoal Aburi Chicken with Foie Gras. We also had the charred Broccolini and Donabe Wild Mushrooms which were nice compliments to our mains. ___ Don’t forget to try some Japanese inspired cocktails They are so pretty and simply delicious!! ___ Shinjuku aburi ginjo, lychee liqueur with Cotton Candy Miyazaki Margarita rosemary infused cazadores with Yuzu Sake Grapefruit Hibiscus ___ The service here is top notch and everything was just incredible. Everything is above the average but nothing stood out. Think the rolls are just okay but worth the price. Ambience (5/5): modern place with an wow factor

The food was very good, great variety of flavors and visually appealing presentation. The biggest standout was the great service, servers were very friendly and accommodating as well as knowledgeable of the menu.
S	Steven Duong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for our anniversary. The staff and service was fantastic. Chill ambiance. We both got the tasters. It's more filling than you might expect. The steak was well cooked and the unique tastes of some of the sushi was well worth the money.

However I didn’t like how some dishes were way saltier than others and I wish the beef dish came with rice, also the sushi breaks apart really easily and doesn’t hold its shape. Other than that, the food was amazing and customer service was really nice! + great ambience

Overall we really enjoyed the freshness of each dish, came to try the Christmas tasting menu at 120pp. The steak sirloin was melt in your mouth delicious, the fish was perfectly paired with wasabi and toppings, and everything was cooked to perfection. Service was good, but not exceptional. Presentation was well done overall. Was it a nice meal? Yes, absolutely. Was it worth the value? Probably not. It was a 3 course tasting menu for pretty heft price tag.

I had the coconut pie and hands down one of my top favourite desserts in the world. So deliciously warm on the outside with cold ice cream in the middle And the taste of the bananas hit so good. Highly recommend this place. And will be back for many rounds of that dessert.

They are wheelchair accessible and have accessible bathrooms as well, checking off so many boxes. However, the food is okay and for the price, not in my top 5 favourite sushi restaurants in Toronto. The sushi fish quality is high and the presentation of the dishes is beautiful - clearly time is put into making the display gorgeous. Unfortunately, the rice is a bit watery, and the ratio of rice to fish is very high. Some of the rolls from the premium set are overly complex and it's hard to even decipher what kind of fish you are eating due to how overwhelming all the different components are. Personally, sushi is perfect when the carefully crafted, simple ingredients do the talking.
