Needed new hose and fittings for the gas line but no gas service knew of a reasonable fix. Stumbled upon SunRay services and Phil and within a week I had my BBQ running. Very knowledgeable and effective without gouging the customer. Thanks

The installers were courteous and professional the entire time and gladly answered all of my questions. Total install time was around 2 hours even with a few obstacles. Save yourself a lot of effort and go with the best from the get go. Thanks guys!

We purchased a Heat n Glo from a local dealer who is now out of the fireplace business. After a quick search in locating an authorized dealer in my area, I'm pleased to adv that Sun-Ray Heating Products of Nanaimo listened to my problem, researched the issue and kindly got back to me with explanation as to what I could do to correct my fireplace operation myself. My fireplace is now operating perfectly ( no more sooty problem ) due to an out of adjusted air shutter. I highly recommend this company, can't imagine how good their service might be if I was one of their customers !

He came onsite twice to consult and advise us on what would work best for our house layout. He arrived prepared with brochures and alternative options to consider. Really appreciate the quality customer service and response time for SunRay Heating. Highly recommend consulting with this company!
K	Katrina Kubinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why this company has received so many good reviews. I had a pellet stove installed recently by Sunray and initially it was not working properly. It would start up nicely and then slowly die out. I let them know about the issue and never heard back from them about followup. I called the installer who did show up and sorted it but it took quite awhile and there was never any communication from Sunray asking whether things were sorted. Also, the installer had promised to come out on a certain date to complete the installation by smoothing out the hearth where the stove sits. I never heard from him about this either. Not a big issue but really, if you promise something, you need to follow through. I think that as soon as they get the money, they drop you as a customer? I hate to think that, but that's the attitude I sensed. The stove is working fine now but I am concerned about who I would turn to if it needs maintenance or if it stops working properly. I will probably go somewhere else to get the pellets.

As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me and I ended up dealing with Roy, he was very personable and an expert in his field. Highly recommended if your looking for fireplaces, pits or BBQ's.!

I've had a Pacific Energy Super 27 wood stove for quite a while and decided to switch to a pellet stove, as my retired parents were finding it difficult to load wood into the wood stove. I was eager to find an easy wood based heating alternative that didn't require constant supervision of the fire. A pellet stove seemed to be the answer. I walked in to Sunray with my mother. Roy was very professional and informative and helped steer us in the right direction for a good quality pellet stove for my needs, while keeping our house square footage in mind. Roy did not pressure us at all. He gave us honest, good advice and did not try to upsell us on anything. I decided to purchase an Enviro Meridian. Toni was excellent on email and was always prompt to reply and help set up our meetings. Roy came to inspect our wood stove to make sure we would not run into any costly issues. The quote he gave us was honored and Bernie came to do the install. Bernie is very experienced. Everything was very pleasant and communication was excellent. I highly recommend Sunray.
