★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamme repaired and cleaned & updated our fireplace beautifully, looks like new. She thoroughly maintained our furnace too, finding a minor fault that was repaired immediately. Uber neat, clean and punctual, plus quick and organized billing - Hightide operates like a well oiled machine. They’ll be my first call next time we need plumbers/gas fitters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jordan replaced my old (2005, or older) electric hot water tank. He also removed and replaced some rather dodgy, very corroded pipes that weren't leaking yet, but that was only a matter of time. He did a great job, only took a couple of hours and the invoice matched the quoted price - despite some out of scope replacement. No issues referring High Tide to anyone. Tanks a lot ;) ! (Sorry, couldn't resist)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was extremely impressed with the 2 gentlemen who helped me out. They were very courteous and professional. They explained the issues and what they were doing to address the problem areas. They also pointed out another item we had no idea about, but in no way pressured me to fix it. Would 100% recommend them to anyone and will absolutely use them in the future.

Jordan and his team were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide helpful information regarding gas appliances. Tammy did our install and was friendly, on time, thorough, and very considerate of our home. A great price for excellent service! We highly recommend them and we will be using them going forward for any gas or plumbing needs!

They were quick to respond and had the installs done fast and with care. Will be using them again in the future when the need arises!
