★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 techs 2 boards and still no fan on my furnace a week later I call them to see what's happening and they say they need a deposit to order the part this during the hotest week of the summer so far and not even a phone call talk about customer disservice. I will never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys don't fix anything, our heat pump cost $5000 and for that price we expect it to blow cold air like it used to, had 1 service guy come out and say it was working fine.....despite it being extremely hot inside still, had a tech come out yesterday during the heat wave and look at it, he cleaned off the back stating it was full of animal hair, which he states he leaned and that's all he said, he billed our landlord and said he replaced the condenser, he didn't replace anything.......and surprisingly it still isn't fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are polite and responsive, but company charged for unnecessary parts and install (had me pre-pay) which did not fix problem company insisted it did. Then when third technician visit finally fixed problem in different fan, company refused to make amends for unnecessary $500.00 part stating the problem was both. No way when you replace something and it makes no difference, does fixing a second part mean the first was required. Will not be buying a new heat pump from this company this year as planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We talked to one of the Comfort Group reps in the local Costco one day, after that we got a quote to replace our boiler at home for our in floor heating and hot water on demand, their price was the lowest and their work was excellent.
They were very professional and even though they missed a few things on their quote they stuck with the price they quoted which was amazing.
From fixing my bathroom taps & toilet two putting 5 ton heat pumps on our business rooftop.
I will now only hire these guys for any of my plumbing and gas needs.
Very professional, knowledgeable and one of the best we have used.
Thanks to Denis, Brad and all the others.

Scott was a decent crew leader however his direction and personability at times seemingly made her underlings seem lesser.
Wes is awesome and got the work of 3 guys done by himself in a day!
Overall would reccomend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our new gas fireplace was misfiring so our builder suggested we contact Comfort Group for a service call. Cameron showed up on time and did some troubleshooting for us. He also reprogrammed our remote control and loaded our backup battery. He was very pleasant and professional for the hour or so that he was here. We are very pleased! Thank you Cameron, Comfort Group and Ron Walton :)
