Not only is it an excellent quality product but the staff are amazing from the office thru to the installers. Many thanks to Sean, Dylan and Michael for the professional and seamless installation and to Eric the system designer. We have been enjoying the warm even heat throughout the house over our first winter and now waiting to experience the air conditioning this summer. Highly recommend ServiceExcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Service Excel to install a whole house Mitsubishi heat pump. We’re perched atop a rock bluff and the pad for the pump was not easy to get to. But the team was undeterred! They wrangled the very heavy pump around the cliff and had it hooked up and the job done in two days, even with a delay in getting electrical parts. All the people we’ve dealt with have been friendly, helpful and have a can-do attitude. From Cameo and Jamie in the office, who responded to our initial inquiries and are helping us with rebates, to the estimator Eric, the three installers, Aaron, Brad and Tyler, and the electrician Brett(?), this company truly does provide excellent service. We’re thrilled with our heat pump and even more impressed with this company. Can’t recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Servicexcel remove our old furnace and install a new electric furnace and heat pump. Im a journeyman myself and was impressed with their workmanship. They left no mess at the end of the day, and explained everything they did. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their heating system. Josh, Tyler, Brad and Jared were a great bunch of guys. Ask Jared to sing you a song. Thanks again for a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Xcel installed a brand new ducted Heat Pump system and removed the old gas furnace. All staff that we dealt with were incredibly professional from the installers to the office staff. This company goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their clients. I would highly recommend this company.

Matt & Kent, technicians, and Raul, electrician, came to my home in Bowser last week and installed my beautiful new Mitsubishi ductless heat pump. It has been my dream to have one of these babies for a long time. OMG! The experience was fantastic from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!! Eric, who did the Zoom call and initial site visit was very professional and thorough. The office staff were knowledgeable and helpful from the get-go, and made everything so easy. So since the install, I have not had to light my wood stove, my hydro use has been cut in half, and my home is toasty and warm. Thanks everyone at Servicexel Nanaimo!!!

Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions when coming to our home for a quote. The office staff Cameo, Jamie, and Kaleigh were very responsive with our questions and paperwork, and submitted our rebate information quickly. And Levi did a fantastic job installing our heat pump, he was very considerate of our home and property and everything looks great. Thank you Servicexcel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Servicexcel! I had a ductless heat pump installed and the process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Sales associate Eric was knowledgeable and helped sort out the best system for my situation. The quote was reasonable (I had comparison quotes) and they were able to install the heat pump sooner than expected. Office staff, Jamie & Cameo (phone and email) were prompt and helpful. And importantly the technicians, Levi and James, were great! They arrived on time, were polite, friendly and excellent at their job. They took the time to explain details to me and made sure all was in order and cleaned up before they left. So far I love the heat pump!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A second great mini split Mitsubishi installation by the folks at Servicexcel. we installed the second system to the upper floor of our home which took some figuring out as most of the bedroom walls are within the attic space with only dormer sections external to the roof, Technician Sean provided great assistance and guidance in selecting appropriate pilot test hole mounting locations in the bedroom walls to enable successful unit installation. Excellent and professional work by Sean and Dylon on the final installation. Very pleased with the Service and follow up that Servicexel provide
