★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small railing job was installed in reasonable time. Nick mismeasured the railing for the stairs and said he needed to come back to fix. Well that never happened. Multiple unanswered phone calls. After six weeks of this we gave up. Visiting their office did not help. Extremely poor customer service.
After posting my review we received prompt attention. Nick was out within two days and completed the job. Raised my assessment to 3/5.

Nick, who spearheaded our job, is a knowledgeable, personable, and helpful young man. His workers, too, were all well skilled, friendly, and courteous people. We would definitely contact Canpro for future jobs involving their expertise. Thank you to everyone who helped get our job done so well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a few call to this business a couple of months ago and didn't receive any response: "sorry but we are too busy", "it's not a job we can do" whatever. On the first call someone called back a few days later but didn't leave a message (no my message box wasn't full - I empty it all the time). No reply at all to second call. On the third call I left a detailed message about the job and that we had called previously. No call back, no messages left, no explanation, simply nothing. Unprofessional to say the least. Be sure you set out your expectations and communication understandings.
As follow up - not sure what is meant by scope of work - it is 22' x10' deck we want resurfaced with a dura deck only, and there are railings like most decks. it only involved moving a gazebo. there's no roofing involved.
