John and Drew kept us informed on timelines; arrived onsite when they said they would; and problem-solved as needs be when faced with unanticipated and challenging site-conditions. They built a great set of outdoor stairs for us, combining both form and function.
We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone - we will be booking some other exterior solutions with them going forward.
