The photographer was very nice, but we were very disappointed by the quality of the pictures we received. Some of them were blurry and slightly out of focus. We tried viewing them on different devices (MacBook pro, iPhone, PC etc) and they all showed up the same. We tried printing out prints to keep, but unfortunately our favourite pictures were the worst of the bunch. My husband and I can't figure out what happened because her work on her website/Facebook page does not reflect the quality of the images we received. When we contacted the photographer she intially spent a long time trying to defend her work but ultimately offered to retake our pictures if we wanted. Unfortunately my daughter's outfit was already ruined from the shoot and I would have had to order another cake so financially when we were already out 250+ on pictures/outfit and cake this just didn't make any sense. She then offered to reimburse us, which we appreciated but didn't feel right taking money back from her. Overall, I'm so dissapointed because what should have been a great milestone memory was mostly a waste of money. Would not use or recommend this photographer.

She’s very quick at sending you the photos , they turned out just like I remembered her capturing them! Very pleased and look forward to booking his 1yr photos / cake smash with her. I have to say she is by far one of the most patient and caring photographers out there. She handled the varying ages of my family ( we had 16 members) with professionalism, kindness and incredible patience ! But Heather's true strength came from capturing the moment so perfectly. It was a very important day and I will never forget those emotions that were shared that day thanks to her. Her photographs were impeccable. A lot of heart and hard work went into those photos! No problems with the photos being out of focus at all. I read all her reviews and I am very happy with everything that Heather did every step of the way:) I highly recommend her. She was also very accommodating more so than most people out there ! If I had any concerns or questions she was more than happy to help. Not only that , if I was unhappy about the pictures in any way, shape or form , she said she would rectify it immediately! Now THAT'S customers care and service ? And I knew that heather would do anything to make sure my session went smoothly and that I was a satisfied customer. I was more than satisfied. The pictures were breathtaking and gorgeous ❤️ So thank you Heather for this awesome experience ! I have followed your work closely and I chose you and I am so glad I did!

She was able to get some gorgeous photos for our son’s cake smash to celebrate his first birthday and I absolutely loved that she also had bath pictures to try and clean up some of the mess! She was gentle and caring with our son, and very patient, encouraging us to take lots of breaks to nurse. Her studio is set up really well, and she had so many different props and ideas for creative, beautiful shots. We're very grateful for the fun experience and the excellent photos!

Heather is very professional and has an inviting calm demeanor, she did a great job of interacting with our shy-to-start son to make him comfortable and laugh. Her studio is lovely, and has everything you can imagine. You can tell she has a love for photography, and people! We will definitely be coming back for more photos in the future :)

She had a wonderful setup for babies and was so gentle and loving with our newborn son. She also had so many great props and outfits to choose from.
