★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having problems with the suspension on my 24ft travel trailer, mainly with me overloading and flattening the springs. Mark and Bob came up with a solution, to which I agreed that would allow me to use the same wheels. They gave me a price for new axles and springs that seemed reasonable. We made the appointment, took the trailer in, work was done in a very timely fashion and they explained what they did then gave me the bill. Came in considerably less than quoted. I would highly recommend this company and its group of guys to anyone. I can't thank them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shops I've been to. Even when I go in for the simplest thing or with the easiest question. They never make me feel like I'm wasting their time, they always seem to know what I'm looking for and have it in stock, get it for me, or make sure I know where to go. Good old fashioned customer service. Its like asking a good neighbour. Honest, knowledgeable, courteous and quick to help. I don't write a good review unless it is well deserved and this place does. A1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These days it is rare to find a company that shines as much as Hub City. They installed a lift-kit on my Promaster — on time and for the price quoted. Authentic, helpful, experienced and professional staff both on the front-end and in the service bays. I could tell immediately by the clean and organized shop that this was a professional, qualified outfit. After the lift-kit install, I took the van for new tires and even the guys at the tire shop remarked on Hub City’s workmanship. Thanks Mark/Jessie and crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable and great customer service, picked up a add a leaf kit for my 2008 Xterra and they gave me all the hardware and got me all sorted out for me to do the install, good price and quality parts! Definitely worth the drive from Victoria if you are looking for a good suspension shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little business with a very friendly and helpful team. I broke an axle on my dump trailer in Victoria and the local trailer repair shop was looking at about a week to get the part in. Hub city was VERY helpful over the phone making sure I got what I needed and even though I ordered the axle late in the afternoon I ended up with a much better than new the part first thing the following morning. Even though it's a 2 hour drive for me they will be my go to shop from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hub City Springs was fantastic! We brought our saggy little Toyota Motorhome in for some new leaf springs and couldn’t be happier! It was a relief knowing we had left our ToyMo in experienced hands, as other shops we’d called weren’t even familiar with these RVs. Friendly, honest service and timely work, plus the camper now drives like a dream. Also very reasonably priced! Definitely recommended!
