★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owen was our service person. He was on time, very knowledgeable about our problem and was able to tell me right away what the problem was. He repaired it to stop the leaking and said we would need a part that had been missing when our furnace was installed. We also asked about the way the furnace filter was installed and he recommended a custom filter holder. We were always informed by Jen in the office about our timeline and our repairs and installation were completed on a timely basis. We are extremely happy with the service and would recommend this company to everyone. Owen and Jen are amazing, look forward to working with you in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Darrik Davidson install a gas line for a our new stove. They did a great job and were able to run the line with out cutting any holes in the finished ceiling.

even after hours, an actual human answered my call and was able to dispatch someone to reach out to me. Darrick called me back, was upfront about the cost of an after hours visit, and was at my house in less than 2 hours from my initial call. The diagnosis was very quick and even though they couldn't get the required part until Monday, the repair went smoothly and I have a working furnace again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with the service provided..we called and told the customer service representative (Jenn) the problem and that we would appreciate if we could service as soon as possible..
Within 2:5 hours we had a technician on his way.
The fireplace quit working and it was an easy repair by the service technician, who explained in detail what we need to do and look for if the problem should arise again.
No high pressure to buy parts etc.
Prompt and courteous service.
Highly recommend…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many thanks for helping out so quickly when my furnace stopped working. I woke up to no heat with 2 kids home and they got here really quickly on such short notice . The gentleman who came (I think it was Darrick himself) was professional and polite. Jenn who helped over the phone, went above and beyond to help me out and get things organized for my repair. This is the second time I have used their services and will definitely call them again!
