The customer service agent explained in detail what would be involved if that was the case, including costs. The agent then suggested they had someone close by who could look and determine if there was an actual problem. The individual arrived on time, inspected the chimney and advised that all was actually fine and no work was needed, and even showed me pictures. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Enchanted Chimney personnel.

He provided us with an evaluation of the issues and made recommendations based upon his experience how to best rectify them as requested. Following completion of the repair, he reported precisely what he had done and what the outcomes were likely to be. As we had requested a basic inspection and repair, he then provided us with additional information with a quotation if we chose to do more in the future. I would use this company again.

Sam was just excellent and very patient with all my questions and also teaching me how to clean the ember guard and glass doors and how to properly open and close the flue which after all these years I was unaware of. I appreciate Sam expertise and Enchanted Chimney Sweeps exacting professionalism. Sam even let me take a photo of his chimney brooms for my granddaughter whose favourite movie is Mary Poppins!
