I purchased a pair of sunglasses form here yesterday at 11am ish
The employee that was working at the the time was NOT helpful very helpful. After my purchase I asked him if he had cleaned the glasses he said he did.. when I got to my car and put them on I noticed the lenses were filthy as well as the sticker glue was still on the arm very frustrating when you just purchase such an expensive pair of glasses...

The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help me make a very confident decision in my purchase. Although a few bucks more than online shopping the advice I received was worth it to get the right glasses for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service. I went to return the sunglasses at the store as their policy to return it in 30 days. He started cleaning the glasses and said there is a scratch on the glasses and I can't return it. ( we checked there was no scratch and neither he showed it ). Then we kept saying about the return and he threatened us to call the security. When we ask to talk to the management he said their is no management with whom you can talk.
Same day, we went to the Mac-arthur Glen's sunglass hut and they guys checked the glasses (As they said there is no scratch at all) and refunded me in full.
We felt very disappointed and of course frustrated. Very unprofessional, very poor, very bad customer service. If there is an option to give less than one star I would definitely give that.
Please stay away from this location if you can. Better for your mental health.

Bought a pair of sunglasses almost 2 years ago from a different Hut, lost a screw and came to this one for a replacement. Didn't have any on hand, but Natalie pointed me steps away to Lenscrafters (same co., had no idea) and my glasses were as good as new within minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided on a pair of sunglasses that were sold out so the manager and staff looked for over half an hour online and all over the place finally finding a pair in the lower mainland. The manager scheduled a meeting and personally went to pick up those sunglasses and had them ready for me the next day. Amazing customer service!
