Most Slowest service at this subway. I work closeby so I walk to this place to get food on my 30 mins break and everytime they’ve one girl working who’s already making somebody’s 3 footlong order and takes her 20 mins with that single order. No offence to her but Gotta have more people working so customers in line don’t suffer. Nobody got 30 mins to stand in line in hope to be helped. SERIOUSLY GOTTA IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. This is not single time I have been treated like this it’s been every time’s story. Company should take some sort of action on franchise owner. Most disgusting service. Time is money and money is time.

The young girl that served me was friendly and enjoyed serving me. I ordered a specific sub and she made it according to my liking. Very delicious! The areas were clean and maintained well. The customer service was wonderful!

Orderd on the subway app for the $10 combo. When the app says the order is ready I try to pick up and the lady in the store is very rude and says there have no order for me. I try to ask for help and she said I should find the phone number on my app to get refund. I was like are you kidding me, I just want my sandwich!!!!! Very bad service and not really happy with this.

I go to this location very often. Most of the times the order taker makes a good sandwich but Some of the servers they do their work in a rush and sandwich Turn out not well. Sandeep, She is newly hired and makes the best sandwiches ever. Her excellent customer service Is the only reason behind giving five stars to this location.

Salad worth 10 dollars was jus very very less quantity. The server never sliced the veggies and was my worst experience ever at this location

Not coming back after this your bread was definitely burned and your guy didnt stop when I said stop for salt and now I think this is not eatable. Also I waited for two guys to serve one customer. Seems a bit lax and far from industry standard.

Not coming back this location!!!! RUDE stuff, literally yelled at me when they couldn't hear me. And threw my sandwich across the counter when they are done. They need training customer service or being polite in general

Food is standard but service very poor. Staff mopping the floor while people are sitting and eating, I can see the dirt flying as I’m trying to eat. Lost my appetite. I don’t think I will be returning to this location. ??
