β β β β β Bad service, did not give napkin if you did not ask for. If you order from the machine, it did not print your order. You need to ask the front what your order number is...the manager shows her cold face everyday...bad.

β β β β β Went in tonight and ordered a large fries and a chicken burger,,,,,,,,,,,we waited 20 minutes for our order. When I questioned them about it, I was told they had a big rush ahead of us. But people were ordering and getting there food after us. Then they said they had to wait for the chicken burger....they had to make more. I asked them why they didnt tell us we had to wait? All I got was "Oh sorry". Wasnt aware it takes 20 minutes to cook a chicken burger.
The dining room was nasty and dirty. None of the tables wiped or cleaned. So much for taking the time to clean surfaces that people are touching, let alone just basic housekeeping.
Wont ever visit this location again.

β β β β β It's the last and least enjoyable option on my list of places to eat but when you're hungry... Burger was "McDonald's ok" (room temperature this time so.. yay?) But the milkshake was a good value.

β β β β β Horrible service, cold food , I work I the same complex and have ordered from here a few times and have NEVER been happy with my food. Go to A&W if you want fresh hot food. I would give no stars if it was possible

β β β β β "A boy's journey..." No clue what that sign is going on about but this is a McDonald's where you can expect food, and drink. I usually mobile order here to be turbo efficient and I usually am in and out within 5 minutes. Quick service and typical McDonald's quality. 'Nuff said.

β β β β β I'm giving 0 stars, went to this McDonald's today at 5:00pm which is located inside the Walmart at Queensborough Oulet, bought some food but threw it in the trash as I felt the place was unhygienic. Bags of garbage left at the doors inside the restaurant and flies everywhere. I saw people sitting down to eat then immediately leaving after being swarmed by flies at their tables. The manager wearing a black shirt was rude to her staff from what I had observed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
