I got a head shot at this location. It was the most expensive and the lowest quality photo ever! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

We went with a groupon and were so impressed with the service and photos that we purchased all the digital shots and some hard copies. Would recommend.

Extremely unsatisfied. The staff took the photo of my kid then print the photos without letting me to view it. And I requested a re shoot unsuccessfully. Very disappointed. Please don't take photo at "Photo Unlimited" unless you don't care about your money.

Really Bad first the lady was standing at the exit of Walmart while I was leaving. She gave me a coupon to get free pictures taken at the photo studi. she was very eager I make a appointment or take pictures the same day but we ended up getting appointment. On the day of the appointment I sent my mother with my kids to take the pictures she suggested i come immediately after the pictures were taken. I rushed from work made it by 5pm the same day. She showed me the pictures which were not great but okay at the same time she said to get them the full package ranged from 179.99 which is so expensive to get 1 picture was 29.95 I asked her to give me time to decide because I thought the photo shots were free and I can take the pictures anywhere to print them. She gave me wrong information and I dont want to ever deal with a lying scam company at least tell the customers we have to purchase from you rather then miss guide them. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF TIME!! AND DEFINITELY A LADY WHO JUST WANTS TO FILL HER POCKET FAST

0 star Terrible customer service!!! We came in for our baby's monthly photos. Manager started raising her voice, rudely "explaining" she can't upload photos if we don't have an appointment. Apparently that's how she talks to everyone! We didn't have an appointment last month and the photographer uploaded our baby's photos without no issues. We weren't told then we had to make an appointment then.

My husband and I went to get passport photos of our baby daughter at Photos Unlimited in Wal-Mart. The only reason we went there was because the post office next door that charges $10 doesn't take passport photos of babies and we were in a rush. I had already seen the bad reviews of this place online so was wary of what was going to happen. I had called them earlier and was told that they normally charge $29.99 for passport photos but whomever I spoke with indicated that there was a manager's special and today it only costs $14.99. (Note that I had called a number of other businesses earlier and the going rate for passport photos is $14.99 so Photos Unlimited's "sale" was not really a sale.) The photo taking was less than 5 minutes but when it came time to pay the manager tried to upsell us to purchase either a $50 or $180 photo package so that the passport photos would be free (similar experience to other people's reviews). When I we declined the upsell, she insisted the passport photos would now cost $29.99. When I mentioned she had quoted $14.99 on the phone she said that price is only for adult passport photos. Baby passport photos apparently cost double the price at $29.99. My husband called her out for outright lying and in the end we only paid $14.99. However, when I mentioned that London Drugs also takes baby passport photos for $14.99 the manager of Photos Unlimited insisted that nobody else takes baby passport photos and certainly not for $14.99. We ended up going into Wal-Mart and speaking to Customer Service. Apparently, Photos Unlimited leases the space from Wal-Mart but the staff there aren't Wal-Mart employees. However, the Wal-Mart Customer Service staff indicated that $29.99 was way too much and that the photos should only cost $14.99. The lady was trying to rob us! On another note, we also learned that the manager at Photos Unlimited will price match the $10 passport photos for adults that the post office charges. Be sure to ask if you are desperate and end up having to go here. When we got home, I also called London Drugs again just to double verify what the Photos Unlimited manager was telling us. London Drugs certainly does take baby passport photos and charges $14.99, the same price as adult passport photos. Again, the manager at Photos Unlimited bold faced lied. Save yourself the hassle and don't give this place business. Horrible.

Very unpleasant experience taking passport photo for my 4 weeks old granddaughter on 13/4. The environment was filled with dust and we’re reluctant to let the baby stay for too long but the staff spent more than an hour promoting their package instead of giving us the photos in 15 minutes. What’s worse is she won’t let us view the passport photo and just printed it when we insisted to leave, and the photo doesn’t look good as a newborn can’t sit straight. According to passport office’s instruction, photos of newborns can be taken when they’re on the car seat but the staff rudely declined this request. They claim they’re expert taking passport photo for newborns and we’ve to trust them.
