β β β β β I've been to this location three times - The first experience was good, as the subs were made well with lots of toppings, etc.
The next two times were absolute and utter disappointments. I ordered one of their chicken subs, and the amount of meat on there was easily 1/2 of any other previous Quizno's order I've ever placed. I complained and they insisted that was the right amount - whole areas of the sub had no meat whatsoever, just a couple toppings.
My third (and what will be my final) sub from there was a meatball sub. The bread was over-toasted and there were only 4 meatballs total on a full-size sub. I moved all the meatballs over to one-half so at least I wasn't eating solely bread. I took a couple bites and simply threw out the rest as I could barely stomach this over-toasted bread.
How on earth can you post pictures of sandwiches with the correct amount of meat on them when what you serve is simply a fraction of what you advertise?

β β β β β Real lack of trying, probably the worst sub I've ever eaten. No definition between sauce and flavour of anything else, sent a complaint online and got no reply, does this look like food to anyone?

Still liking how their bread is. They have deals for 2 sandwiches $10 and 2 drinks in Groupon. Bathroom needs to be cleaned a bit more but I understand there is only 1 employee sometimes. Hard enough to prepare, garbage, attend, and do everything at the same time. Same girl made our breads the last time.
-1 ? the turkey ranch looks sad. White meat and too much ranch not much veggies.

It's not subway but it's better.
I'm a bit fed up with subway and this is the better version of the sandwiches. They have better choices for vegetarians as well.
I've been doing the Groupon deal for this place and I'm from Burnaby.

Rude arrogant staff, undercooked meat and sandwhiches that should be thrown out not sold to customer to eat,
Zero pride in your work!
I got food poisoning and was out for 4 days after eating here,
Absolute embarrassment to the quiznos name,
Where is your quality control officer ?
Do they even have one ? If they did im sure this wouldnt be happening
I should sue you

β β β β β What happened to the 12" long now only 10.30" long? Also what happened to the meat? All the photos looks good but what I got was only half the layer as shown, what happened to the rest of my 12" sandwiches that I paid for $13.99 each? Sooo disappointed βΉοΈ

β β β β β I was there yesterday at 2pm and the girl who attended me was awesome. The combination she offered me was really tasty and the bread best one Iβve tried on a sandwich. Also the place was clean and peaceful. Highly recommended!
