I have very mixed reviews from this place. It’s our go to because it’s clean and spacious when I’m in the area. We were one of the first patrons when it opened and became a regular for my friends and family. Since pandemic they switched everything to plastic containers and paper cups. I find it super wasteful since they still have to wash the bowls and cutleries anyways. Why can’t they put out the sauces in small bowls when people order? I ordered two salad rolls and went through 6 sauce containers with lids. In total our table probably went through over 12 sauce containers. The spring roll was amazing. Very crispy and light and flavourful. The salad rolls was large but it didn’t have much protein inside. I got the chicken and regular one. Then came the build your own rice dish.... You can choose 3 items for your dish. I have two boys so they were going to share this dish. I got 2 grilled lemongrass chicken and fried egg. Please see photo for reference. I was shocked. One piece of chicken thigh was sliced in half and there was a semi partial small piece of chicken next to it. I kindly asked the server was there a mistake? She said she will ask the kitchen. She came back and said everything is weighed. I have never in my life seen anything like this served in any restaurant. I’m not sure if they’re cutting back but if I ordered 2 pieces of chicken I expect 2 pieces. Not 1 cut in half and a bonus leftover piece. I just let the server know this doesn’t look professional at all and I didn’t expect this since I’ve been coming here regularly for the past 2 years and this never happened before. She said she can bring it back but I wasn’t sure what can be done. Plus it was getting late and we were all hungry. Our friends joined us for dinner as well and when they were paying afterwards the server gave them a discount for the mishap with MY experience. ??????? I had prepaid online before the food came out. I don’t think I will do that again.

Had been coming here since they opened, but will not be returning after our last few visits. The changes they've made have only made the dining experience worse. Why have you made the portion size of a Vermicelli only enough to feed a toddler, and justify charging $16.50? There are other restaurants that will literally give 2x the portion and charge less. Don't order this if you're hungry. There is more food in a regular sized $13 soup. Quality of the broth seems to have also gone down hill, this is one of the reasons I kept returning. Flavors last visit were bland, tasted like there was starch from the noodles in the broth as it was cloudy. They had offered free spring rolls here if you ordered though the app. Originally this was one of their house made spring rolls which are very good. But have also changed these to cheap frozen spring rolls. Not even worth getting, and they should just get rid of the option. The grilled meat here is still very good.

Surprisingly good pho, and my gf loved their vegetarian option.

They consistently provide great service and quality. In the picture you can see the regular size Minh's Special with the meat choice of rare beef and beef balls. Also they have installed dividers between tables which is great.

Amazing place for pho. Very large portions 2 people can easily eat from one. Great customer service and very tasty food. Also the brown sugar milk tea was addicting.

I wanted to enjoy this place more after seeing all the reviews. Would not recommend the Bin’s bites. It was too salty and tasted like leftovers. Bun bo hue (I got it with pho noodles) flavours could be better and I would not get it again. The noodles were a good texture though but that’s about all.

Visit wasn’t planned, just random. Have to admit their pho broth has been one of the best I’ve had in greater Vancouver and my husband and I can be picky. Their short ribs were tasty. While I also generally dislike rice I found myself eating the entire mountain they supplied. I’d return!

Super fast service and really tasty Vietnamese food. We ordered the lemongrass chicken in bone soup for the kids to share and they loved it, they even brought us extra bowls and scissors! I ordered the special with everything which had generous portions of meat and noodle and awesome flavor. My partner ordered the vegetarian soup with noodle and it was pretty tasty too, the chef noticed that the soup was a little low and have us extra on the side. We will definitely be coming back!
