I’ve had to have a lens remade because it wasn’t quite right, and they were eager to make it right. Also they’ve helped me with warranty claims on sports glasses that were damaged and the process was 100% smooth.
The prices are likely a bit higher than some other options, but I feel like my vision is taken care of very well.

Dr. Lam is an excellent optometrist and is very patient with my daughter who has special needs. As for opticians, KC is one of the best I've come across. I sometimes have difficulty finding frames that suit my face and he always chooses a frame that I love. Being a repeat customer and recommending Iris to my friends is the best compliment I can pay them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very happy to have found this Iris location so near my home. I found the level of service proved by both KC, the optician and Dr. Lam, the Optometrist, to be exceptional.
Both very clearly explained each detail of the procedure to me prior to initiating any test as well as clearly addressed my questions.
Covid-19 protocols were in place and I felt safe during my time at the store. Everything was wiped down promptly and customers were well spaced apart.
I look forward to my continued business with this team.

Stephanie has taken such exceptionally good care of us over the last many number of years and always with kindness, patience and knowledge. The rest of the team is so kind and helpful and Dr. Leonard Lam the Optometrist is very thorough and friendly. This team goes over and above. We highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first optical place I have been that charge for fixing a glass. It is a easy fix that every optical place can do. As a Canadian wide Vision care store, I do not think that 20 dollars worth hurting their bandname. I totally understand that they do not promise the glass will be fixed, but charging is really annoying. Honestly if they fix the glass free for me, probably I am going to purchase my next pair over here since it is close to my work plcae. Now it is out of my list
