Before my order there were two korean ladies she was literally screaming at her as those ladies were really confused about the coupons they have. When I ordered i asked for some tissues she gave me unecessary attitude and She packed my order so roughly.
B	Ben Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A standard food court subway. They still bake their own bread and have the usual toppings. They sometimes run out during heavy lunch rushes. Food is fresh except for the baked goods. Staff are trained to provide properly made sandwiches but are usually as friendly as minimum wage allows. Parking is accessible from the mall and they are close to the Canada line and a bus hub.

After this, I asked her not to put tomatoes, olives, pickles and hot peppers but she put all of this. For dressings, I told her for Chipotle not even single time but I repeat same thing again but no Chipotle in my sandwich. Be honest, I just garbage that sandwich without taking a single bite. Worse Service, totally dissatisfied and I will not recommend such subway to any of my employee, friend. Its my humble request to guide yours employees regarding customer service. Thank you.

I saw the server messing up orders in front of us and it is so frustrating when the sub is already falling apart. The server named ‘Simran’ needs to be trained properly.

She asked me what I wanted then touched the bread I asked for with the same dirty gloves. I politely asked her to changed but she seem to be very unhappy. I tried to be polite but you can see she wasn’t happy at all. After she changed, she took the same bread she touched earlier with that dirty gloves. I just left and asked her name. The lady making our order did not seem to be very happy and in a rush even though there weren’t other people In line. The subs were fresh and tasty. The bread was great. We are looking forward to coming g back again.
