★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and food are pretty good, I stop in here at 530 most weekday mornings, it seems like a bit of a place for people to sleep, usually the booths are unavailable due to people sleeping in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shouldnt have to ask the staff to provide a paper bag and a coffee sleeve every time for my takeout order. Shouldnt they always be serving the hot coffee in a sleeve rather than just handing it to the customer to have them put it on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is all over the place during peak hours. Cashier did not take my order correctly and was charged extra. Ordered iced coffees but was charged for ice capps instead. Very disappointing, especially since I have had decent service in the past. Likely will not visit this location for the foreseeable future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ friendly, accommodating staff .. the expected standard of product and convenience .. sorry to have to say that l found the building's ambience less than cozy and warm, though. l would have preferred to have dined in, but the stark, drafty and even harsh nature of the set up instantly convinced me to sit in my car instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice location wise, but I never once had a good experience with this branch. Although it usually gets busy, I don't think it excuses most of the staff's rude behaviour with customers. Additionally, the waittime is extremely long and for products that taste like wastewater. I'm not joking every time I order there, the drinks are extremely diluted, and the orders are often incorrect. Would only come for donuts or something lol.
