★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best walk-in clinic I have ever been to! The ladies up front were so kind to me and my infant son! I was greeted and within minutes being treated by a lovely doctor! Was in and out in a timely manner! Thank you so much! Will always come back to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a worse review I would. I went in to get a routine STD test to be safe. The lady at the counter seemed shocked. When she took me back to get my BP she was telling me how shocked she was that this kind of thing was so “rampant” and how it was never like this back in her day. She then proceeded to say that it’s crazy how we all just “hop around these days and don’t care” she then said “it’s because COVID’s done now that you guys don’t care and just go hop around” I was absolutely disgusted and will never return. I got all that just for wanting to be safe. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front staff were amazing, patient and kind and the doctor was no different. I was there for my 18 month old, and they treated him like they would treat any adult. Highly recommend this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Zayani has been my GP since 2016. I am a stage IV cancer patient and Dr Zayani has been with me every step of the way and has made my journey with this disease easier to handle. He's compassionate, he listens and he observes your autonomy. You cannot get a better gp than Dr Z in YEG. And, Lisa is also the best as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first ever review and hopefully my last. This place is a joke, I went in as a walk in not very busy was told to have a seat and wait by Carrie the receptionist. She told the following three people to do the same, after waiting an hour the next person that came in she took their information then it was a free for all for who’s next and as I can hardly move because of my ribs I was last so I just left. Pretty simple solution get a numbering system or a receptionist who can handle more than three people. I understand the walk in process as I don’t have a family doctor. 10 year olds could run a better system for admin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. I don't think I've ever left a negative review on google but tonight's visit blew my mind. Made an appointment for 645, right before closing time. I showed up and was the only person in the waiting room. Should be a quick in and out I thought. Nope. After just shy of an hour I finally left my exam room and walked out. My time is worth more than this place. I'm giving one star for the nice receptionist. Definitely won't be back.
**Edit**
So after some phone tag with the manager determined to make things right, an apology and explanation were given as to what had transpired that night. I'm raising my initial rating from 1 to 4 stars. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are a good business and I'd be open to trying them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lack of professionalism from this place is unreal. I have tried numerous times to get medical information for my son. In which I presented them with a court order stating I am to be recieveing these documents (general visit notes); Yet they still refuse me the notes. Highly recommend finding a more professional office for split custody parents.
The owner claims I have not been in to request this information.. the court order I presented them and the RCMP involvement state otherwise. I would not recommend this office to anybody. Especially ones with children. And Dr.Z is the least bit professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By the sounds of it… the receptionist Carrie needs to start looking for a new job. She doesn’t know how to interact with others in a respectful manner. My sister had a horrible experience here and it was because of Carrie! Sturgeon walk-in clinic, if you want to make your branch stronger get rid of your weakest link. It’s disgusting that Carrie thought the way she handled herself in front of my sister was acceptable. Go find a job with as little human interaction as possible Carrie. I hope that no one is ever treated the way that my sister was today. Do yourself a favour and if you are looking for a walk-in clinic do not come here! Go find somewhere else for your own well-being!
