I attended this Clinic for my first child, and the OB I saw I felt did not listen to my needs or concerns. Things went wrong because I wasn’t listened too, 10 days over due, I was induced by my OB and it turned into an emergency C section where I was put to sleep, and delivered a baby that was over 10 lbs, recovery, blood transfusions and lots of complications later I felt like this could have been avoided had my doctor actually listened to my concerns about the pain I was having; instead my ultrasound was basically ignored and I was told she would be a right on track for a normal sized baby. So now after losses, I am finally pregnant again it was time to look for a new OB, because I def wasn’t going back to my last one. I requested Dr. LaCasse, as she met with me during my blood transfusions and chatted with me about things that could have been done differently and how we will approach things next time, she comforted me and I felt great after that personal experience to have her as my REQUESTED OBGYN. Perfect, my family doctor sent the referral and I get a call from the clinic only to be told I was booked for an appointment with my previous Doctor. Why? I specifically requested someone else, why would you book with my the previous Doctor even though it’s been over 2 years since I’ve seen her? Oh it’s policy, they don’t allow patients to switch doctors to “avoid the confusion”. Umm what? I don’t really care about policy so of course I challenged it, only to be told I can’t see the doctor IM REQUESTING because she’s in the same office as my previous OB? What kind of policy is that? You’re denying patients the right to their preferred MD? I would never recommend this office because if you feel like you’re not being listened to by your OB, then you won’t be able to switch within that office, and you may not be able to deliver at the sturgeon hospital if that’s the case!

I only saw one male physician here but my experience was horrible. He was cold, demeaning, and not at all interested in my concerns. I hate to give this whole clinic one star based on my interactions with him but I can't separate the 2 experiences. Anyways, I will be ensuring I only see female gynos from now on, they just seem to have more compassion and understanding.

I am currently seeing Dr.Hubner, I am so thankful she has been my doctor throughout my first pregnancy. She has addressed any concerns or questions I have had in a very timely matter and has helped me become less scared. Any issues ive had with the pregnancy she's addressed right away and made me comfortable with the situation at hand.

I went for my first prenatal appointment with them recently. The doctor I seen is nice and personable and the building is new and clean. They don't allow your spouse to be apart of the appointment. Which I don't understand why. I seen women bringing there children in and out of rooms no problems. If you want your spouse to be apart of the appointment I suggest looking else where.
