I went here 2 days ago with my girlfriend. She came to see a doctor at the walk-in. She saw the nurse there in person and was told to leave and a doctor would call her on the phone shortly. Two hours go by and still no call from the doctor. I called to see what was going on. They told me they would try and find out why the doctor had not called and they would call me back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes go by and they never called me back. I kept calling them back after that and they would not pick up the phone. Terrible service. We will not be returning.

Have COVID symptoms, booked PCR tests for me and my mother. We arrive and call the number it says to call on the front of the building as it says for symptomatic patients to do. They tell us they cancelled all appointments two days ago. Why was I able to book appointments and why is your sign still up for testing?

First of all the set up of this clinic is horrible. You get in, no reception and there is a pharmacy right away. Outside it says a huge walk in clinic. Its my first time in this clinic and there are chairs and door on the side. The door have no instructions just a small label that you can barely see and said walk in. So I'm about to ask to ask the lady at the pharmacy since it's my first time but didn't even allow me to speak and said sit down. So I ask if there's anything for me to fill in, since she said on the phone last person they'll accept is 5:30 and it's already 5:15 just want to make sure I'll be attended bec I'm on time. But instead of telling me the situation to the process looked at me rudely and as if I'm stupid to ask a question. So I said I just purely asking since it's my first time. It's horrible. Not sure if its language barrier but if they wanted their business to grow, they should provide a better customer service. So 15 mins after, she gave the me form to that's the exact paper I asked 20mins ago. So they'll close at 6pm and here's the thing the doctor said that I have to be on a video calling and his boss have to see as well while he is diagnosing me. Like what? ? I didn't end up going after wasting my time for more than an hour bec it's a Telemedicine.Wow!! So technically the person is not the one diagnosing is the doctor and the person on site is not a doctor? If there is a -10 rating I would give it. I dont usually provide reviews but it's just not right and rude on the approach and not right. So I would never recommend this clinic.

Had to do a PCR test for travel. I had my results in less than 24 hours at a fair price of ~100, whereas other pharmacies would charge well over that. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when I had particular documents that also needed to be filled.

I went in for a consult and Dr. Lou explained that he was an intern, and he will assess me first and then a doctor will call to discuss the findings. He was very thorough, observant and he really listened. He was able to diagnose me correctly, as validated by the telehealth doctor. I’ve been to 2 different walk-ins prior and none of them got it right. Also, I came in Saturday morning and they were very welcoming - considering working during the weekend can be tough. Thank you for your service!
