★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a winter parka with a broken zipper - the ladies were amazing. They could see my worry in wanting to maintain the look of the coat and keep the piping. In the long run I even called to ask to change the zipper type. I am a high maintenance customer so for me to give 5 stars I really mean it. They did a fantastic job! My coat looks perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but negative experiences here. My first interaction, (10+ items to be hemmed) they gave more than half of my order away to someone else. When I went to pick it up with the receipt, they said it had already been picked up. Thankfully the recipient of my clothing was honest, and returned it.
The next time, my clothes took a week longer than expected. But they didn't call to inform me about a delay so I showed up, waited, and had to come back again a week later.
On Our last interaction, the staff member had no idea how to use the computer system. What should have taken less than 5 minutes, took nearly half an hour. My fiance had to correct her after she tired to bill a completely different company (among many other computer issues). It took a lot of effort to explain to them how reflective striping needed to be sewn around the lower leg of the pant. He demonstrated and watched her write it down. Unfortunately when he went to pick it up, they had cut the striping and sewn it up the side of the leg - not at all what was requested.
I've heard many complaints from many other coworkers. I'm told the St.Vital location is more reliable. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a piece of clothing that had a strap that separated from the body, and asked if it was something they could fix. She took a look and not only fixed the strap, but reinforced the other side as well. This took only a couple minutes, and she completed it while I waited. She was very friendly and efficient, and the stitch she fixed looks better than new!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out with that :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 3 times, helped each time by a lovely Eastern European lady. First time I was getting a blazer altered. We both realized we couldn't make the jacket fit properly, so she didn't waste my money and since it was cheap-ish I gave it to a friend (so I appreciate her honesty). Second time I had 4 shirts taken in with back darts. They fit nicely. Just brough in pants to get hemmed, sure they will be great.
