★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment here because it was the best rated dress shop but I have no idea why. Even walking in I felt uncomfortable. I went for a grad dress and the woman assumed my size and while I’m aware I’m plus size she could’ve at least asked me what normal size clothing I wear. Their supply of plus size dresses is sorely lacking and there’s no point looking online for what they have. Not a single dress I saw online was in that store. On top of that their plus size dresses were not made for plus size people for some reason all the dresses had a cup pads in them which is weird for plus size dresses. The woman that was meant to help me didn’t bother helping until I was ready to walk out. She kept trying to tell me that putting in a bigger cup would fix the support issues when no it wouldn’t. On top of that no one even asked what my budget was walking in so unless you wanna spend $700 on a dress there’s no point in even going there. So glad they weren’t the only dress shop I went to.
Edit: notice how in the reply they didn’t mention at all about the bad service, how their shop has an uncomfortable atmosphere, or the fact that they didn’t carry properly made plus size dresses. They also didn’t care to comment on the average prices of their dresses or not asking me about my budget. And as for sizing based on ‘experience’ I call b.s. it isn’t hard to use a measuring tape, and even if street clothing didn’t matter bust size definitely does and yet again I was never asked that I was looked up and down and told a size.

They took the opportunity to learn what I was looking for during the initial appointment set up (online) and pulled out dresses that were the style I was looking for prior to me even getting there (this was definitely a help). Xander (the consultant who helped me) was very professional, attentive, and friendly! Beautiful atmosphere too.

She was so supportive of my opinions and it was evident she wanted me to feel supported and beautiful. She listened to my likes and dislikes and went right to suggest a dress that was the one!! She didn't pressure us to make a split second decision.
The other consultants like Xander and Emma were also kind in helping with the payment process and alteration opinions. An incredible team! Would highly recommend!!

I was intending to just look around for styles that I liked, but with their help I was able to find the dress that worked the best for me. No pressure, no rushing, everything was easy to understand and easy going. Their goal was to make me look good AND feel good about my choice. Note: I am mid-to-plus size and I was never made to feel uncomfortable about sizing issues! They had tools for helping me see what a potential dress would look like through adjusting.

Stella's Bridal & Evening Collections after visiting 06 other stores, due to the excellent service provided by Emma, an incredible professional, super attentive, helpful and friendly. The quality of service for me makes all the difference and I also really liked the organization of the store, with a spacious, clean and super pleasant environment.
The dress I chose was Maggie Sottero 20MS681 Keenan Year 2020 - Ivory over Misty Mauve. It was perfect on me, with no need to make "changes or any apparent adjustment" and I almost cried with emotion that I finally found my wedding dress as I wanted.
I know that the dress was a sample model and due to not having time to buy a new one due to my wedding being in May/2022, but I realized that there is a rarity.

Per my request they removed the full lace back and made the gown strapless for me, helping me create my dream dress for my special day. They also held onto my dress for an extra year while I had to postpone my wedding due to the pandemic. Thank you for being so accommodating, and making the process so easy! I've been to David's bridal, LA bridal, and Chantel's for my wedding dress and the fabulous experience I got from Stella's cannot be compared to any other shops I went to. First of all, the exclusive designers and the quality of the products are outstanding. The shop is so pleasant and has so much lighting to make your dresses look so much more beautiful in natural lights. Price range is huge, and this shop will for sure have something you are looking for. I have to book a come back just go try the ones that I really liked... to choose the one! Please book an appointment with DeeDee, who is the manager there. With her magic clips, you are going to have the most wonderful experience. They are super cusotmer oriented and won't push or pressure you to make rushed decisions. Thank you Stella's!
