★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a replacement pressure release button for a Fox 36 after snapping one. The service department replied to my email enquiry really quickly to say they had it in stock. When I went to collect the part one of the mechanics got the broken one out of the fork as well. Super friendly, helpful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I've been in here. I spoke with Jessica and I belive his name was Tom/the shoe guy. Apologies if thr name was wrong. Extremely helpful in getting setup with the right cycling shoe for my needs. They spent both an hour with my explaining fit and benefits of the shoe I had in mind. Thank you very much for the assistance. Store front is clean organized and well displayed with many options for entry level to high end items for your needs.
Great customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff here are always helpful. I put in my oldish Kona bike to have the suspension bearings replaced. Not only did they do that, they also fixed all the niggling issues that I had not found time to get around to yet, including some that I had never noticed!
The service was prompt and the mechanic kept good communication to ask if I wanted this or that fixed. There was a bit of a mixup due to a text-message misunderstanding but after a quick 'old school' VOICE CALL everything was sorted : )
I will definitely be using them again - recommended.

The staff were very helpful in finding a new pair that fit properly, along with some other items I needed for my road bike. They also offered to switch out my cleats from my old pair to the new. Great store with great staff. I will definitely be back.

No pressure sales environment, staff is knowledgable and friendly. They go above and beyond to get things done, even with the pandemic related "supply chain issues". Excellent trustworthy mechanics, never have to worry about bringing a bike into them. Nothing bad to say about this establishment, only praises from myself and my partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is purely through an on-line purchase, in this context I would highly recommend Steed Cycles; I am based in Toronto but my on-line searching ultimately led me to this excellently stocked North Vancouver store. I purchased a POC helmet and elbow pads, the prices were very competitive and purchasing and delivery experience flawless. The items arrived via Canada post in 5 days and the on-line shipping tracker was detailed and accurate. I will definitely be checking their store for my future needs!
