★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to pick up my birthday drink and also to grab another one for my sister. The barista was very accommodating even though I forgot to mention the birthday redemption initially. Definitely recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning and waited for the lady to say something but she stood there on her phone. Minutes later says “if you say good morning I’ll know you’re there”....I said “didn’t know you couldn’t see me in front of you.” Then she continues on her phone. Blurts out “what do you want.” Stares blankly at me after I order and then tells me to repeat. Then finishes my drink and doesn’t tell me it’s ready! Also asked for decaf and it definitely wasn’t. What a great start to the morning. I wish I didn’t come here today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is lacking......there is one main older lady there and she doesn't acknowledge you if she is doing something else and at first I just thought maybe she didn't actually notice me so I brushed it off but then it happened again this morning and I was right in front of her as she was putting price stickers up. I finally had to say are you busy? And she rudely replied with " well I dont know you're here if you don't say anything!" Its like ok...well first of all anyone working in customer service knows that the employee should be the one to initiate greetings and be aware if they're customers around you ( again was right in front of her) . Second, tone of voice is very important! Being snippy is unwelcoming and im put off by the situation and it sucks cause I work in a clinic in that mall so it's my go to Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks are correct most of the time. The newest younger girl - have to repeat my order many of the times, I kind of get that the mask muffles voice but like come on. An, Kennedy, Agnes, and two colourful hair ladies are nice. The older lady, Robin maaaaaybe not. Have been wondering where the others (Angelica and Mara?) went because they were nice too. I just need a drink before my hours. Tims is across the street but their drinks are jacked up sweet, generally like Starbucks a lot better, whatever. No it's not a stand-alone Starbucks, so I can't use the points I hoarded and that sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person that took my order was rude and not very welcoming. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was extremely sweet, almost unbearable to drink. At the bottom of my drink there was a thick layer of sugar that shouldn’t of been there. Wouldn’t go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited so long as usual and ordered london fog and that was the worst london fog iced in my life… disgusting and disappointed.. even the tea bag was inside the cup which i didn’t expected so not worth for money.. improve how to manage the store and train more people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only Starbucks i try to visit because its close to home AND because the staff are wonderful.. truly kind and patient.
This morning I went for my coffee i havent went for in a long while and i notice a new young man working there.. his name is Tony..
He was SO appreciative of my patience and EXTRA kind, his smile was gentle and he knew exactly what kind of customer service to bring to the customers ahead of me and myself.

For doing your best everyday to put a smile on the faces of all your customers..
