Slow service at airport boarding gate is a big NO No, the lady making my drink took 2 trips to get her ingredients. After nearly 10mins wait, eventually I found out she messed up my drink with adding extra sugar syrup! ?just disappointed for the dollar you pay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, very central to the gates. The staff are nice. Took a little longer to order my drink as my cashier kept confusing what I was saying. Subsequently the drinks were okay. They have the vegan cookie here. It was a mission trying to get the ones I ordered. I bought two but supposedly there was only one left so the cashier tried to offer me a bagel that I told her I would not eat so it was fine, but then she realized she could take the cookie from the window as it was the last one for the day anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very unfortunate that Starbucks doesn’t show any respect for veterans and Remembrance Day by waiting until the day is over to try selling all its Christmas drinks, mugs and other Christmas coffee paraphernalia. As an American company, you need to learn about and respect this day of Canadian national mourning, not push your Christmas products the second Halloween is over. I think you can practise some restraint. As a veteran and someone who has enjoyed Starbucks coffee in the past, I was extremely disappointed in your behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, this is the one at Departures and near duty free. I asked for a caramel macchiato which uses the syrup on top of the coffee. I have had it a million times all over the world and it’s the same.
The staff did not know how to make it and when I asked about it she had an attitude about it and said that it comes with a drizzle and not the syrup. It was no different than a normal vanilla latte. How was it caramel macchiato? The staff standard is of the lowest quality and the customer service even worse. I hope they hire better people.
