★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was one that will make as well as my family not try to spend our money at any mac Donald's. Not just this one. I stood at the tills for ordering for almost ten minutes not one person acknowledged my presence. They apparently don't need our money ..I walked out still hungry but I can solve that somewhere else . Seems they only care about the lazy people in the drive threw and if you order on your phone . Never be back thanks for opening my eyes to Macdonalds Canada's lack of customer service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on the app after 10 pm. I used my points to get large fries. Then ordered a $1 drink and paid on my app. Picked up my order at the drive-thru. I selected no ice on the order. The girl gave me a drink with ice. I told her I ordered no ice. She talked to supervisor inside. They told me the payment did not go thru, so I paid with my debit card. Then she handed me my drink. When I got home I check my credit card account and the payment did go thru. So they cheated me and I ended up paying twice for the drink. They also did not put any napkins in the bag. I asked for extra ketchup, she said it's inside. There was only two packs of ketchup for large fries. So, the service was very poor. Not happy...

The prices are good and there is always lots of selection. I actually found a good shirt that still had the original sale tag on it!

We ate in and the floors were littered with food scraps and the trash containers were past full with garbage piled on the counter top at the trash station. Not a soul out cleaning up. Poor by McDonald's standards. Poor store leadership I assume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always try to return here in hopes that one day I’ll get a. Good meal outta here and it never happens. The food quality at this location has got to be the worst in the city. The bins are always stale and hard, turns your right off from the burger when the bun is hard to chew. Just needs some TLC. Hope one day it gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive through here. It's clean overall, plenty of space in their drive through lanes. There are two communications devices to take your order. It does have 2 pick up windows and enough room for a second lane should you get your order quickly. It's on country hills very near to Deerfoot access.

This morning, there were only about 3 to 4 tables that were occupied so I had lots of options where to sit (I usually want to sit near the window, where I will have a nice view outside). And this morning was no exception: I have a great view of Northwest Calgary, towards Country Hills Boulevard.
