The waiting time did not bother me but the fact that what they call a doctor is a nurse. Looks nice but honestly not worth the wait. $15 waisted on a taxi.

George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there are at least two people ahead of you in the queue, chances are you're gonna spend at least two hours at the reception and another one hour inside the consultation room for the doctor to show up. They don't even give you an ETA for the doctor. Don't get manipulated by seeing one or two people waiting at the reception, there are three or more patients waiting in the consultation rooms to be attended. Horrible Service.

R	Raphael Arias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to waste your whole day waiting, even if you had an appointment booked. They only allow to book via phone. 20 min after the scheduled time, they call ask you to come in-person. So you can have a more enjoyable waiting.

Listen to your patients and take more time to look into their issues. Can tell its very much a "get them in and out" operation there. That was a month ago, still sick, saw a family doctor over call and got me a proper diagnosis and next steps in a 30 min call. With proper medication part of my symptoms have been alleviated, still have more to go through. Would avoid this place if you can.

They sent me to visit physio Thn physio sent me back here to get prescription for knee brace. I came here and just for prescription waited 2 hours. I came from night shift and its too hard to wait this long. Useless staff. Very rude chemist. Prescribing here n there doctors Thats what you will get here. I wish I could give negative 5 star rating Seriously health system in Canada is so messed up.
