โ โ โ โ โ I don't know what has happened to Smith Chev in Kamloops BC but something needs to be done with there service department! My mom went in there as she had a noisy seal on the hatchback of her 2019 Chevy Traverse High Country, and the "mechanics" there smeared white sealant all over the existing seal, then handed her the remainder of the tube and said "if it doesn't stop, just add some more".They got sealant all over the door when it closed and there was globs everywhere. Completely unprofessional job and they should be embarrassed allowing a vehicle to leave there shop looking like that. Smith's has definitely gone downhill over there years.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a appointment for 9am for an oil change and muti point inspection. Asked them before I booked the appointment how long it would take as I had a doctors appointment at 11:30am on that same day. Told me it would only take a couple hours. So booked the morning off work and took it in. At 11am car still hadn't even gone in yet. All in all took 5.5 hours to get it done. Didn't make it to work till 3pm. Not very impressive organization or service for a dealership services department.

โ โ โ โ โ My truck broke down just outside Kamloops as I was driving from Ontario to Vancouver. Had it towed to Smith and even though I was from out of town/province they were able to get my truck in and complete a warranty repair in relatively short order. The service department was transparent about when they could get the truck in the shop and that I may have a wait for parts, however they were able to quickly diagnose and repair and got me back on the road earlier than I had anticipated. Craig W kept me informed every step of the way and the quick professional service was very much appreciated during a particularly stressful time.

Our sales person Mo was extremely helpful and they were very helpful in helping us secure a vehicle that fit our needs in a tough market with such low inventory. The service and support after the purchase has also been very timely and professional. I would definitely recommend them, we love our new Chevy and would certainly deal with them again!
